Return & Refund Policy – Omega Medicine House

At Omega Medicine House, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns are accepted within 5–7 days of product delivery.
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit, or
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
Customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the time the package is opened. Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items will not be considered without a valid unboxing video.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for change of mind.
No returns or refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Products that are used, opened, tampered with, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Return requests submitted without an unboxing video or required proof may be rejected.

All returned products are subject to inspection and quality verification by our warehouse team.
Refunds or replacements will be approved only after the returned product passes our quality assurance and verification process.
Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund or replacement.
Once approved, replacements will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after successful verification of the returned product.
